Ultra Utility issue

So I downloaded Ultra Utility and want to use it with jka. When I start up jka with ultra utility on, none of the ingame commands work. It sais all are unknown. So I tried running JKA as admin. I got the black screen issue again, however, when I typed "/!power" in the console, UU's power went off! This only works if I run jka as admin, but whenever I do, I get that black screen problem! Please help! .

 

EDIT: Apparently B15 seems to work fine, but I want B16 or 17 to work!

 

EDIT 2: B15 doesn't work, the only command that works is !power, all other commands fail to register.
