can you add a hyperspace effect outside of a window

i am just curious but can you add a hyperspace effect ourside of a window i am really curious if you can do that. and if so would anyone be willing to help me do it.

Definitely. A really easy solution would be a shader with a series of tcmod scroll images.

i wont lie my exprence with moding is very basic right now. so i have no idea how i could do that. at least right now
