JA: cg_shadows 2 and 4 not working in OpenJK, works in JO

Tried both the vanilla and rend2 renderers which is why I think this is a general OpenJK issue.

 

cg_shadows takes values from 0 to 4 inclusively with the following behavior:

 

cg_shadows 0 is None.

cg_shadows 1 is Simple.

cg_shadows 2 is Volumetric and currently also breaks many character shading effects, has also been doing this in the official exe for over a decade now.

cg_shadows 3 is a buggy implementation similar to Volumetric that is fully black with no transparency and also clips through a lot of floors.

cg_shadows 4 is exclusive to Rend2 and is similar to 2 but actually works right, blurs the more distance from the ground there is until it disappears entirely, very neat!

 

In Jedi Outcast SP, values 2 and 4 work and do what I've described above.

In Jedi Academy SP & MP they result in no shadow at all.
