Would it be possible to make saber hilt models from concept art? Just a general question and possible request.

I've been looking at the concept art that Adam Burn made for Star Wars: Acolyte, and it's a bit of a shame none of the designs really made it into the show, so I was wondering if perhaps it would be possible for someone to make models of the hilts as shown in the link below. If not, please let me know.
