Force Insanity level 3 doesn't kill enemies after 15 seconds.

As described, fully upgraded Force Insanity should kill the target enemy after 15 seconds.

But it kills weak enemies like a stormtrooper, instantly. And stronger enemies like an Imperial officer, have problems during 15 seconds, but then they are OK and shoot at me.

May be change the description or fix this.
