Major issue: windowed mode and full screen mode

I recently just got Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast but whenever I place it in windowed mode the game isn't centered. At a resolution over 1024x768 the bottom of the games border goes off screen and resolution under that is way to small for me to enjoy the game. I would go full screen except when I do that the mouse pointer stays in the center of the screen where the target reticle usually is. Is there a way for me to move the window or center it or something to fix this problem it is extremely obnoxious

Is this a singleplayer or multiplayer issue you're running into? They run separate.

It's both single player and multiplayer
