it happens to every server. There isn't one in particular. What's SV_Pure?

I tried both. And Neither one will let me in. I get the same errors from each server

Unforutanately I'm still getting an error. When I try to join servers it says I need Japlus/Jampgame.pk3 or some other file like Japlus/sabers_pk3

Thanks! I just downloaded the driver however, I'm still having issues. When you said have it point to the App in the Applications folder i have it pointing to /Applications/MacGameStore/Games/SW Jedi Academy/SWJKJA.app. Should i have it point to the Jedi Academy MP? If so how do I do that? Also, I'm having trouble finding the base folder you have up here. i navigate to Users/me/Library. However, I don't see" /Containers/com.aspyr.jediacademy.appstore/Data/Library/Application support/ jedi Academy/base. Furthermore, when I launch the launcher it shows the game in a very small window for some reason

Hey, I use to play this game back in the day for pc. However, now I have a 2013 macbook pro running OSX 10.9.5. I recently downloaded the game from the Macgame store. However, When I try to play multiplayer i keep getting errors. Servers won't let me in for some reason. i remember when I played this for Pc i had to download the v1.01 patch and JAplus. however, i don't know how to do that or where to put it with this mac version. Can someone please direct me to the right files i need to be able to play? Also, where to put them? Furthermore, do many people still play this game? Thanks

Ya I have the 1.01 patch i believe. I will give the MB2 patch a try

Hey. I use to play jka everyday on my pc in 2003 however, I stopped playing because i got a mac. I just recently downloaded this for my mac. I know this is an old game but it seems like there's hardly any active players on servers (besides bots), maybe 2 or 3. Are there more servers active? do i need a patch or something? Or is it the simple fact that nobody plays this game anymore so the servers are dead? i see a listing of servers but there's usually only bots

I use to own JKA for pc and I have all the mods and patches downloaded on it however, I no longer use that pc. I just recently downloaded JKA today from the Mac Game Store onto my iMac. Now I am trying to go about downloading the v1.01 patch for JKA however, the instructions on how to route it to the folders, etc. Is confusing and seems dated. Can somebody please explain to me how i can download the patch into the game for mac and also how and where to download future mods? Thanks
