Master servers are going down on 31st of May 2014

Sorry if this is an unwanted bump, didn't see anything in the rules about month-late replies, but if the master servers went down, wouldn't people still be able to connect by just adding a server's IP address into the favorites section or doing the connect command? -
Well I know that people could port them but I remember the arguements as to whether or not there was a EULA violation extended to people uploading the assets in .pk3 files so others could download and play the JK2 maps.

Hey everyone, I recently came across this site and noticed a download or two for the Jedi Outcast maps to make them playable in Jedi Academy. I remember years ago there was some arguements about the legality of uploading/downloading these things, though I'm not trying to start anything about that. I was just a little curious about the devs stance on that or whatever.
