How are bots able to guarantee a disarm when using force pull?

Playing against bots taught me that they cheat. One time I spotted a bot having lightning level 3 and hard swings, even though the force mastery limit was too stingy for it to be possible. Is it possible that bots can guarantee a pull even though it should be random? Can I also learn how to always disarm somebody as well?

Sorry for not bringing this up sooner, I've been doing other stuff. The only way to guarantee it is by getting pull level 3. If it's below that then you're relying on random chance.
