Jedi Outcast HD Skyboxes?

This is definitely more of a question than a request, but does anyone think Outcast could use an updated set of skyboxes?  

 

I was playing Academy and couldn't  help but notice the vistas in academy are generally better than outcast.  -  KOTOR had a mod project where someone went through and updated the resolution of the skyboxes while staying true to the original. So now I can't get it out of my mind to try and update them, but frankly, I'm not quite good enough to pull off such a feat.
