Xanemus Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 Hello, i'm trying to host a JA+ server, but i can't get it to work.I'm on Windows 10. I used a clean JK3 1.01 and installed everything (JA+ Server Side), did port forwarding (29060 - 29062 / 29070 - 29081. Both UDP), and it could play on the server normally under "Local", but it didn't appear on the "Internet " section. Next thing i did was change the bat file and add the "+set net_IP my.external.ip", adding that seems to be the right way to go but i got a new problem upon executing the host file: Winsock InitializedOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29070WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29071WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29072WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29073WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29074WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29075WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29076WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29077WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29078WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILOpening IP socket: my.external.ip:29079WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAILWARNING: Couldn't allocate IP port After that i disabled firewall completely and changed the port forwarding from UDP to both UDP / TCP, still didn't work. Here's how the forwarded ports list look after changing it from UDP to UDP /TCP: Just in case this is of any help: Hitch warning: 170933632 msec frame timeResolving masterjk3.ravensoft.commasterjk3.ravensoft.com resolved to some.ipSending heartbeat to masterjk3.ravensoft.comResolving master0.gamespy.comCouldn't resolve address: master0.gamespy.comResolving master.qtracker.commaster.qtracker.com resolved to some.ipSending heartbeat to master.qtracker.comResolving clanservers.netCouldn't resolve address: clanservers.netResolving masterjk3.ravensoft.commasterjk3.ravensoft.com resolved to some.ipSending heartbeat to masterjk3.ravensoft.comHitch warning: 2118 msec frame timeSending heartbeat to masterjk3.ravensoft.comSending heartbeat to master.qtracker.comSending heartbeat to masterjk3.ravensoft.comAny idea what should i do or change? Thanks. Also, i don't use any other antivirus than Windows Defender.
Solution Xanemus Posted January 29, 2018 Author Solution Posted January 29, 2018 I removed the "+set net_IP my.external.ip" from the bat file and it worked. Smoo likes this
