Not sure. The SW Wiki says Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, with a novel, accompanying the game – Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight. However if you play the game itself, when the title appears after Star Wars – it says "Dark Forces II: JEDI KNIGHT".
So I followed this logic, from in-game perspective, rather than the one, established by other Wiki or User's Guide.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. What's about MOTS? Do you think we should change it to Dark Forces II: Mysteries of the Sith? I'm mostly concerned about this list: https://jkhub.org/wiki/index.php/Category:Jedi_Knight_Series --Balthor (talk) 14:24, 19 September 2016 (CEST)
Well, if look into SW Wiki again, it says Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith, so perhaps this is the correct variant. The title is the same on most pictures of the cover for MOTS. However when you play the game, both 'Dark Forces' and 'Jedi Knight' are omitted from the title. You can see it here for instance:   NumberWan (talk) 14:35, 19 September 2016 (CEST)
