Not sure. The SW Wiki says Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, with a novel, accompanying the game – Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight. However if you play the game itself, when the title appears after Star Wars – it says "Dark Forces II: JEDI KNIGHT". So I followed this logic, from in-game perspective, rather than the one, established by other Wiki or User's Guide.

Well, if look into SW Wiki again, it says Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith, so perhaps this is the correct variant. The title is the same on most pictures of the cover for MOTS.
