| Well, if look into SW Wiki again, it says ''Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith'', so perhaps this is the correct variant. The title is the same on most pictures of the cover for MOTS. However when you play the game, both 'Dark Forces' and 'Jedi Knight' are omitted from the title.
