Spacemasta began playing base at the release of Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy on and off. He is perhaps best known for helping found the Savior clan as well as The Clan, both of which became popularly well known throughout the base community in 2009-2011.

Spacemasta briefly played competitive 2's in 2009 but never got into ESL as the rest as his focus was on bettering the base community through fun and friendly competitive play. His primary saber was single until 2010 when he decided to learn staff. He was also known by other names such as FLooD, Vortex, wiZ, and Version. 
In 2011, Spacemasta quit JKA and decided to focus on life as a married man with three children and his career. In early 2019, due to a rough divorce, Spacemasta decided to return to the base scene, not as a clan leader this time, but as a support role. He has since had a consistently positive standing in his community. He has also introduced his daughter (Kiralorec) to the game.
In October of 2019, Spacemasta befriended Nab aka Gorilla and the two players partnered up as a private 2v2 team both for the purpose of competition and training. 
In 2020, Spacemasta joined Wovian primarily as a single saberist. He supports his friends in his clan with his positive upbeat attitude and knowledge of the game and it's history.
