Mog: The Moogle
Mog is an active member of the Jedi Academy community and is the head honcho of Mog's Blog, an opinion/news site where "all da magic happens" (ignore silly comment). Outside of JKA, he can be found roaming the halls of his local high school doing many silly things, such as work, checking up on the latest stories on stupid politicians in the United States and on rare occasions, check his Twitter account.
His JKA life
Mog first picked up JKA about 7 years ago, or rather...found it in a dusty box underneath the stairs. He thought to himself: "say...this looks cool!", and so he thrusted the CD into his shitty PC and waited for over an hour as it installed. After the agonizing hours wait, he sat on his not-so-comfy chair, and began to play. Turns out that JKA had a serious binding effect on the poor moogle, and he ended up being stuck with it for as long as he drew breath. Now, I could go on as to how he ended up as the flaming hetero sexual, pink text spewing, MARK NUTT screaming, sexual pun named player he is today...but it's a really loooooong story.
Mog travels from server to server on a not so daily basis, and interacts with the local flora & fauna. At times, however, one may find Mog inactive, sleeping in a corner, as he deals with the *cough* bullshit *cough* *cough* in his life. However, rest easy, for he eventually comes back to socialize once more.
You would thing that a moogle/man who played JKA for 7 years would be a MLG/ESL tomboy with "all da bitches!", however, Mog is only decent in the ways of saber combat. He knows his pokes and wiggles quite well [if you know what I mean ;)], and does not play for competition. In fact, one may assume that the only reason Mog plays JKA is to simply talk with the awesome players that make up it's community (or in some cases, troll the living fuck out them).
One may ask: "Where does this moogle call home?", well, he has many. One may find Mog in either EK, JAWA, JP, EFF, KR and coming soon, GoD & z3n's servers.
Personal Life
Now, another question one may ask: "Where does this moogle truly call home?". Well, Mog (real name, Sean Cann-Sheppard), lives in the small (really small) town of Brantford, Ontario, which is in Southwestern Ontario (which has fucked up weather). Actually, I lied, the weather is great! He lives in his own igloo with family cause owning his own igloo is expensive (actually, it's because he's 17 and he technically cannot live on his own). He's currently in his final year of high school (I lied again, cause he's taking grade 13), and is looking at going to the even bigger city of Toronto to continue his education at the lovely Ryerson University. Currently, he is a freelance graphic artist and a photographic nutbar (not a nutbar). Also, he is a furry who does not enjoy fursuits and does not believe in the "spirit of the animal" crap (Seriously, not all furries believe in that shit).
Mog's Blog
One day, after he had toiled with all of his first semester exams, Mog came up with an idea: "what if I ran my own blog?", he pondered the idea for a minute or so...until a new idea popped up: "what if that blog was about the JKA community and how fuc-er I mean cool they are!". So he packed up his belongings and went to the Hub's master: Caelum, and they both decided to engage in website procreation.
...and so they procreated...well into the night (or early evening, if you want to get real here), until..at long last, a new web blog-baby was born...Mog, being the father and Cael, being the mother. Because the father had all the say in the relationship, he decided to call his new baby: Mog's Blog. The blog, Mog stated, would serve 2 purposes:
- To provide an opinion from a long time player of JKA about stuff that happens on JKA.
- To connect players about the little & big things that goes on throughout the JKA community from the viewpoint of a long time player.
And it was on that day: January 23, 2013, that Mog's Blog began to post all sorts of stuff, and will most likely continue to post stuff until the next doomsday date (assuming that it's for real this time).
