I added a featured article section. Don't know why I really bother with this wiki though - it's a ghost town.

More Templates

Can we get an 8 player bracket template for tournaments? Check it out here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Round8-with_third ; also one for the references: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Reflist --Masta (talk) 18:13, 4 April 2014 (UTC)

.dm_26

It's the extension for JKA demo files. Can we add that to the permitted file types for uploads on the wiki? --Masta (talk) 06:53, 5 March 2013 (EST)

Templates

I made an edit to the Ban article to include Range Bans. - Mog

Can we import the 'multiple image' template from wikipedia.org here? I think it would be rather useful. Here's the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Multiple_image

I unfortunately have no idea how to do it myself. - Masta

Sooo... anyone? I would really like to make use of that, since I love to use images for examples and so on. - Masta

Hey there, Masta! I think it's a great and really cool idea! However, it will take time to go through the documentation and figure out how to install it here. So don't worry! Hopefully we will have it soon! -Reagan

Yay, I shall be await the coming of the template with great anticipation. Just let me know once it's up so I can start using it. - Masta

Alright, Masta, I think I did it! Just use the documentation provided on the wiki page (the link you provided) and it should work! Please inform me of any difficulties or bugs. I also protected the template pages. Enjoy! -Reagan

Just tested it out and it works! Thanks a lot. This will make things interesting. - Masta

Any more templates that would be useful? -Reagan (too lazy to log in)

Maybe a template for references? Stating one's sources is quite important, but I don't think vanilla wikis have that. Will look into it. --Masta (talk) 13:20, 3 March 2013 (EST)

Infoboxes

What do you guys think of an infobox like this:

Jedi Betrayal
Developer Jumansoft
Release Date N/A
Genre Single player campaign

looks good --MUG (talk) 20:31, 2 March 2013 (EST)

stuff

I love how the format seems to be:

  • people write articles
  • MUG fixes articles
  • Reagan cleans up MUG's attempts to improve articles xD

also, AM I THE ONLY ONE AROUND HERE who uses the signature button? --MUG (talk) 20:31, 2 March 2013 (EST)

Lol...just found out there was one...

And yeah, sorry if it seems that I'm counter moderating, and I hate to be a grammer nazi...but...I am. (Remembers there are no smilies...adding to todo list).

It's just that we all have a different idea of what we think a page should look like. I think the title of the article, mentioned in the first paragraph, should be bolded, while you think it should be italicized. We all have our own style. But we should at least try to make things grammatically better.

And besides, Mug, you make the bulk of the edit...I just tidy it up. :P

--Reagan (talk) 20:39, 2 March 2013 (EST)

What signature button and where can I find it? - Masta (low-fi signatures ftl)

Its the pencil button right to the right of the Italics button. --Reagan (talk) 09:05, 3 March 2013 (EST)

I think it would be a good idea to settle on a style format for things like titles in first paragraph, to keep articles consistent. I'm happy to go with bold if thats what you like, just so long as we are consistent, thats fine =P --MUG (talk) 13:49, 3 March 2013 (EST)

Like a "Manual of style"? I think thats a good idea. I'll look into it. --Reagan (talk) 14:04, 3 March 2013 (EST)
