When Leia Organa asks Han Solo about Lando, he would describe his friend as a card player, gambler and scoundrel. But upon arriving they are surprised to meet a well-mannered businessman, actually an Administrator of the Cloud City, responsible for a large community. Lando offered them a quick tour around the city and took them to their temporary accommodations, while the Millennium Falcom was being repaired. The next morning C-3Po went missing, and the whole team would find themselves in the clutches of the Empire, when Darth Vader would greet them in the dining room.

Separated and tortured Han and Leia would be used as a bait to lure out [[Luke Skywalker]], so strongly sought out by the Sith Lord. Lando hoped, that anything happening would help him save city and eventually aid Leia and Han, however his agreement with Vader changed every passing moment: first Han was put into carbonite and delivered by [[Boba Fett]] to Jabba the Hutt, then Vader would order bringing Leia and others to his shuttle. These events made Calrissian reconsider his deal with the Empire and warn the city of the upcoming Imperial invasion.

About a year later Lando would help Leia and Luke rescue Han from Jabba's Palace on [[Tatooine]], as well as join the Rebel Alliance as a general. He would be piloting the Millennium Falcom and lead the whole fleet during the dare operation against the second Death Star at Endor. When the station was exploding due to many damages from the battle, Lando and his co-pilot Nien Numb would be lucky enough to escape the blast, which obliterated the Imperial armada and result in the death of the Emperor himself.

Lando Calrissian meets [[Kyle Katarn]] during his imprisonment by [[Reelo Baruk]] on [[Nar Shaddaa]]. Criminals have been especially active on Bespin in recent months and he suspected someone from the Vertical city had to be involved. Upon arriving, he was captured by the thugs. With the help of Kyle, they escaped Baruk's facility and engaged him in final battle near the hangar, where Lando's ship Lady Luck was stationed. The two would escape Nar Shaddaa to get to Bespin, though Kyle acted alone there, dealing with the mercenaries, stormtroopers, [[Reborn]] warriors and Dark Jedi [[Tavion]].
