Single player is a game mode where the player plays through a pre-determined campaign of levels or missions. In Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, the player can also choose to spawn NPCs, "warp" to official or custom maps, and use cheats to modify the game. Single player does not connect to the internet and the sole user plays through the game by his or her self.
