A script can refer to one of many types of script with different perposes:

A .cfg file.
An ICARUS script.
Other non-Jedi Knight specific scripts

Modders can use ICARUS scripting with the Behaved tool in order to create scripts for the game, like cutscenes for single player, complex object movements in either MP or SP, and much more.
