| [[Kyle Katarn]] and Mara Jade arrive in the Valley of the Jedi, after they learn from [[Luke Skywalker]], that a new [[Reborn]] Army under Tavion's command is occupying Ruusan. Upon arriving they discover, that the real threat is not coming from the already familiar [[Desann]]'s minions, but rather from the replicants of Dark Jedi and Sith Lords from the past.
