The mod represents the adventures of an entirely new character, made for the story, following the traditions of the "Doctor Who" franchise, but with its own unique plot and features.

==Story==
The events of Silex 3: the Paradox of colonel Williams take place in the alternative universe, not connected to Star Wars and evolve around the fate of the planet Silex 3, the first Galactic Federation colony in late 22nd century. The protagonist is a colonel of the Galactic Federation, named Adrian Howsmon Williams, a very mysterious person with barely known past. Being a mutant, he has a variety of supernatural powers (analogue of [[Force]] powers in the original game).

Throughout his many missions to different places, Williams fights the Master - a long known nemesis of Doctor Who. The motives of this dangerous enemy are unknown and Williams will have to face many adventures and ordeals to uncover the truth.
