Our free hosting provides you with everything you need to run a website. Features include:
* All the software needed to run a forum or website: up-to-date Apache, MySQL and PHP.
* Excellent security: we use up to date software, hardware firewalls to mitigate DDoS attacks, and more.
* Speed: we do everything we can to make websites we host as fast as possible. Our server is not overloaded with thousands of different websites, and very well optimized. To ensure fast page loads world wide, all websites we host make use of CloudFlare's content delivery network.
* A control panel that lets you change settings, manage FTP accounts and MySQL databases, and more. We use cPanel.
* As many resources as you reasonably need. We've had single websites using 80 GB of bandwidth in a single month without any issues. If you need more bandwidth or disk space, just yell. No, really.
* Use your own domain, or a free subdomain of JKHub.org.
* No ads.

One of the features we offer is fully managed hosting: if you don't know how to set up your own website, or don't have the time, we can do that for you. We'll install whatever software you need, and make sure it stays secure. You'll still have full access to your website, but you only need to worry about day-to-day operations. We'll install everything you need.

Here are the technical details of our hosting:
* PHP 5.3, MySQL and Apache on CentOS Linux
* phpMyAdmin available to manage your databases
* cPanel allows you to manage FTP accounts, control panel accounts, manual backups, and more
* Reverse proxy and Content Delivery Network by CloudFlare
* IPv4 and IPv6 compatibility
* Several caching mechanisms available, including APC
* Default plan comes with 500 MB of disk space and 5 GB/month worth of bandwidth. If that's not enough for your site, we'll add more - simple as that. We have sites using several times what the default plan offers.

==Restrictions==
We'll gladly host your website, so long as it complies with the following restrictions:
* Your website must be related to Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, or Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast.
* Our hosting is meant only as web- and email hosting. You should not try to use our hosting to run an IRC server, game server, or anything else that might threaten our infrastructure
* We do not allow the hosting of pornography, and we do not allow any activities against US or international law.
* Your website must display a small notice in its footer linking back to us, saying 'Hosted by JKHub'. If you use the JKHub bar, you do not need to display this notice.
* Your website's content must be primarily written in English
