Original Author: McCrusher Uploaded by eezstreet Message From Lando: "Welcome aboard the "Cloud Shark". She's a vintage cruiser I recently won in a game of chance, while I was a "guest" at Reloo's waste facility. Actually it wasn't until after I won her that Reloo threw me in his brig. But with the help of a friend I was able to collect her... My friend never told me how he did it.... or whats become of Reloo. The "Cloud Shark" still uses the old Fitnell-33 antigrav turbines. Well suited for the lower gravity on Bespin. I use her mostly for pleasure tours and hunting, the cruiser has enough lift to carry a netted Rancor or Wind Dragon. Lately with the increased activities of the remnant Sithe I've been holding grudge matches or duels between Jedi upstarts and under-trained Sithe. I've been using the Cloud Shark to transport the competitors to and from the arenas. This is where you come in. I need a ringer for the sabre tournaments that can throw a match, as well as win - when the need arises. I'll give you a fare percentage of the take. Cloud City needs a new holo theatre, this is the only way I can think of to raise some funds quickly. There are three arenas in total - well four if you count the supply store under Kyle Katarn's hanger. One arena the "Fishtank" can double as either a free-for-all or 1vs1 arena. There are health and shields in every arena to top-off after you win a duel. You can also fight in the same arena as someone else if you initiate a "challenge duel" with your opponent. The rules are simple and follow the elf clan Sidhe format: -Fight only in the arenas, if there is a line then wait your turn. -Signal to your opponent with either a slash (Sithe) or bow (Jedi) when your ready to duel. -Fight to the finish, no health, no shields during the match. Unless you're in a Free-For-All then anything goes in that arena. -Fight with honor, unless you are a Sithe, then...just fight. -Hunt, Kick, or Ban those being a nuisance. The rules are list at the helm console of the Cloud Shark incase you for get them. Good luck, I'm counting on you. P.S. Place the CloudShark.pk3 in the base folder, example: (C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData\base) That should upload the coordinates to the Cloud Shark and the sabre tournaments. Lando C. - out." Author: MrCrusher File Name: CloudShark File Size 1.8 megs Date Released: May, 19 2002 Description: 1vs1 dueling map with three arenas and a Big hover craft. Other maps: For Rune - 1on1Arena, Death and Ressurection, Odin's Arena. Cloud Shark is first map with Radiant. No bot support. This map is for real players who Duel and do not wish to wait in long duel server lines.

I've been working on lightsaber blades & saber_trails that look like in the prequel movies, as much as possible. To be honest, this was my first try at making lightsaber blades, taking that into consideration; this turned out pretty good. Not that there aren't enough lightsaber blade mods already, infact; there are some pretty good looking files uploaded here, but I just felt like trying something different since I feel more comfortable mapping.. Next update will include new sounds as well. I haven't tested this on OpenJk yet, but it should work just fine. Readme file included. Special thanks to Mrozy, Kody 55, Iskk & Maugrim for the screenshot.

Just a small skin I made that replaces the default Kyle. I tried my best to make him look like he does in the comics. I assembled some textures from other skins, and edited them to more resemble my Kyle Katarn action figure, lol. The legs, boots, and gloves textures are from GPChannel's ' Dark Forces II: Kyle Katarn ( With jacket) 1.0' the white shirt texture is from ThatOneGuy2486's 'Kyle Reskin' and Kyle's head is from Rooxon's 'High-res Kyle Katarn 0.8' I altered his shoulder pad, gloves, and gave him the brown armpit things he has too. Should work in JK2, but I ain't checked I also added a Jedi Outcast splash screen from my Jedi Outcast Trailer I made a year ago, and I replaced the blaster sound for the probe droid to the one in ESB as a little bonus! Hope yall like it

(French description below) Hello there! Today there is a new full translation of a mod: Lady Jedi. With this file, you could play this story with French subtitles and voices, based on a translation work from Russian to English by JKHub member Numfast. I made some enhancements, eventually reverb effects when characters were in caves or something. As the Nazar Design Group, the creators of Lady Jedi, is dead now, this version was made without its authorization. Note that you have to install the original file. This one is just a replacement of voices and texts in French, you won't find scripts, maps etc. You can find the original Lady Jedi file by clicking here. English subtitles are still available in addition with the French ones. Numfast give me his authorization to put his work in this one, so all English texts are his property. More informations are in the Readme. If some people are interested, they can find a file with the French cast of this mod, because it was not possible to make it in the end credits. Have fun!

This is my latest map created which consists of an initial level similar to the portal map and then 3 huge towers. This is an occasionally very hard map and i do not recommend starting with this one, instead do the tutorial on Grip 3 or Grip 1. This map is for sure my best map and covers almost every known aspect to grip climbing. When you have enough experience i strongly recommend that you try this map out. It will take some time and can from time to time drive you nuts. This map is only playable on JK2 and is currently only tested for patch 1.03 and 1.04. To be sure it works to it's fullest i recommend playing in 1.04 though. Happy climbing, kenny Instructions: Certain walls are too high to climb by only using jump. In these challenge maps you and your ally has to grip each others and aim upwards. By doing so you will levitate and eventually reach your destination. This can be done with various stances, for example you can just stand on the ground and grip each others, or you can both jump and then grip each others mid air. It is very tricky to get the timings right, although this is a good way to get proper timings: 1. One of you does a no force jump 2. At the moment the jumping player lands, both players jump 3. When you are at desired height, you both grip each others

This is my second map created and is sort of done it a haste but the result is really something. I say this no early in the text, do not begin with this map. The first level happens to be easy but after that it gets very hard at most of the levels. Start with the tutorial on Grip 3 or Grip 1. This map is divided into 5 distinct levels with some entirely new mechanics that could make you go nuts, and challenge even the best grip climbers. This is a climbing map that works both in jk2 and jka. It may be more enjoyable to play in jka though because there are more paths to use. It has df triggers for timers.

The original version of this skin (The red version) was made by my friend and fellow Co-Leader called Okiba, and was made to be my personal skin. After some time I added the blue version for team support, and a few days ago I then finally added a cloaked version of the skin, which suits my name quite well. I asked Okiba if I could share the skin here, so that it would be easier for everyone to download it, which he of course agreed to. Both the blue and red versions of the skin have menu support, but in order to use the cloaked version you must use the following in the console: /model kameleon/cloaked For those interested, the cloaking was made essentially just by using the basejk cloaking shader, which is used by Shadowtroopers in singleplayer, although I had to remove one line in order to make the cloaking work in multiplayer. I of course made it a custom shader, so that it would not end up interfearing with the original shader.

"Star Wars Communication Force" is a mod for "Jedi Outcast" made by "Nazar Design Group" back in 2003 (before JA came out). This mod provides you to take control on Mark Pride - a Jedi Student in the Jedi Academy, who is sent on important mission: find out what new kind of weapon against New Republic was invented by Remnant forces. This mod includes 13 new maps, which connected by plot. This mod is on russian language. So, if you don't know that language and still want to play, I suggest you to read story here on "JKHub wiki" after you complete walkthrough: https://jkhub.org/wiki/index.php/Communication_Force#Story -Installation-: Just put "ComForce" directory in your "GameData" directory of JO and launch it from "Mod" menu in setup(menu will be on english, but gameplay - on russian). -Deinstallation-: Delete "ComForce" directory from "GameData" directory of JO. -Warning-: While playing "ComForce" you can meet glitches that weren't in original release. This may happen because mod was released originally as separate game(Yes, "NDG" tried to take some profit from it, which isn't legal) and some original JO assets maybe were modyfied. For example the maps from JO were cut (I've compared unmodified and modified assets of JO, only files that wasn't used in this mod were cut, but there is probability that I forgot to check some of them). So, I just took archives that has new assets for this mod and put them in new directory. Thanks to that you can play this mod only using your copy of JO as it was meant to be sometime. -Disclaimer-: You can ask me: "Why you have uploaded on JKHub not your mod, without permission and released it not standalone, as the original release was?" Well, some people tried to find this mod for years. I can't get permisiion because the "NDG" and their site are dead for years. And I released "ComForce" as normal mod because the standalone release was made only for one thing: to profit money from fans, without permission from "LucasArts.", which isn't legal as I said above.

There have never been any standalone package of mod-compatible hilts for Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. Deathspike's old DS-Online v1.32 clientside came bundled with a seperate pk3, which contained a nice little collection of hilts from countless of modders, with no readme, credits or anything, but even that wasn't technically a standalone package, since you had to download his clientside in order to get it. Some of the other hilts that are in the pack is hilts I've had for years, though again most of them without a readme. This standalone mod-compatible hilt collection, is compatible with any JK2 mod with a custom hilt feature, and the serverside support required for it to function, e.g. JediMod, Force Mod II, KaMod, DS-Online, etc. The pack consists of almost 100 different custom hilts. I've tried contacting some of the creators of the hilts that contained a readme, as well as some of the newer additions, though without any luck. One of them I even tried contacting through JKHub, but he have not been online since january, and have not opened my message yet, even though more than a month have passed. If I could I would write to all of the creators of the original hilts and ask, but since there was no readme with the original hiltpack in DS-Online, it is more or less impossible to track down all of the original creators. Should there ever be a case, where one of the original creators of a specific hilt writes and complain about their hilt being in this collection, then I will remove that hilt and re-upload the pack without that hilt. I asked eezstreet, if I would be allowed to upload this collection, without permission from most of the original creators, and he said it would be alright in this case, as I've tried my best to dig up some of the original authors. I do not personally take any credit for any hilt in this pack. All credit goes to those who worked hard to make these amazing hilts many years ago.

Title : The Temple of Mechanism Type : FFA, TFFA, Jedimaster File Name : mechtemple.pk3 Map BSP name : mech^1temple.bsp / mech^1golf.bsp File Size : It's big, just take my word for it. Authors : lil_binger, with some elements Ook made for the Forest House. Date of Release : December 24th, 2015 *Attention : seta com_hunkMegs 128 or higher is required* ====================================================================== Description: The Temple of Mechanism Location : Yavin 4 Backstory: The Temple of Mechanism is an Ancient temple only recently discovered without much known about the previous inhabitants. They did leave a few clues behind and it seems the previous occupants were harnessing an unknown power which they called "The Force". Discovering the possibilities this new power gave them. Set in a time before there were "Jedi" or "Sith". Map History: Originally, The temple of Mechanism was intended to be a follow up map for an old map called "The Outhouse". I begain making the map when I was active in the community back in 2004 or 2005. I did some work on the map back in the day but never officially released it. I didn't play JK2 for a long time until I decided to get GTK radiant working again in 2013. Working on the map off and on since 2013 it's now ready to be released to the public. This map was built with fun being the main focus. Multi level paths are found throught the map with many secrets and places to explore. Specifically built for JK2 1.02. There is some functionality built into the design only 1.02 participants can utilize. This map is a compilation of sorts. I've gone through many of the maps I have made in the past and have cut, pasted and redesigned everything to complete this map. It did not make it any easier that way but everything has just fit so nicely together. Players who have seen any or many of my previous maps I have made for JK2 will recognize little and big details everywhere. It's really hard to say how much time I have spent making the map since some elements were made for other maps in a differnt timeline. ====================================================================== PK3 Details: Included are 2 maps. The Main map, mech^1temple.bsp has compatibality for Free for All, Team Free for All and Jedi Master gametypes. Mech^1golf.bsp is compatible with FFA, TFFA and Jedi Master. Pk3 Mod Instructions: In the map are many textures that can be replaced making a pk3 with your own textures. I was going to make a mod to include here with picture dimensions etc but I will give instructions instead. The main thing is to make sure a texture mod for the map, all the pictures u are replacing be the same size as the ones seen in the game. Then wrap them up in a pk3 and call it zmymechtemple mod or something. The name must start with a letter lower than "M" for JK2 to override the textures provided in the original map file. ====================================================================== Music: 2 Star Wars Parody songs originally stated as made by Wierd Al but I am not sure about where the song came from, I've looked for an author but never could determine other than Wierd Al( previously released with Khomm with the SHroomduck Inc. map pack. Custom Sound effects Credits ================================================================================ Bugs: Yes, a map is never finished. There is a Possibility of a v2 in the future to fix any bugs found. Plus JK2 1.02, some bugs will happen but we all love it ================================================================================ * Play Information * Level name(s) : The Temple of Mechanism JK version required : Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast and Star Wars Jedi Knight III: Jedi Academy Bot-Support : Yes New Textures : Yes New Models : Yes New WAVs : Yes New Music : YES New Shaders : Yes New Effects : Yes Editor(s) used : GTKRadiant 1.4 and 1.6 (most recent), Photoshop, Q3map2 Install-Instructions : Extract mechtemple.pk3 to your GameData/base/ directory. The map will appear as "The Temple of Mechanism" in your map list. ================================================================================ THIS LEVEL IS NOT MADE, DISTRIBUTED, OR SUPPORTED BY LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY. ELEMENTS TM & © LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY. This map is being released as Open Source - Anyone may use the map file for any reason as long as, all the "read me" files are included. If a separate release is made by someone else, a different name is required for a separate release. Anyone may use, in whole or, in parts or pieces, any part of they desire for their own project. Do please include all the read me files with a separate release and use a different name for your release if a large portion of the map is used. If using pieces or parts, just include the read me file for the map or other models by other authors and give us some credit There are models in the game built by other authors, Boothand (torch models, mounted moose antlers and pine trees) and tree models by Szico. There is a read me included for Szico's tree and use of these models are described in his read me so if the trees are used by anyone for a project make sure to read and include his read me file with any project they are used for. As for Boothand's models, I do not have a read me for them. Boothand knew I was going to release the map as open source and was very supportive of the idea and I am sure anyone using his models he made in this map would have his approval as long as he is given some credit for making them. "Porting" the geometry or the map file for another game is encouraged however, I do not control the use of Lucas Arts files or some other elements made by others provided in this release to be used in another game besides Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy. All custom textures included with the map are free to use and modify (again make sure to include all the readme's if any textures are used). Any signs or textures I have made are free to use or modify.

This map is compatible with both JK2 and JK3. This is a strafe map i have been working with lately and has a total of 11 task. Most of the tasks has different difficulty levels which varies from easy to ultra hard. Most of the task are quite unique and has high demands on good strafing skills and overall movement. I hope you will enjoy the map as much as i do, but hopefully be able to clear more levels than me. All the tasks are tested and validated to makes sure they are all doable, but you need to be skilled to complete it all. Rules: 1. Use 125 fps 2. Follow the written instructions 3. Have fun Please come with any feedback or ideas for future work on the map! Everything is appreciated. I have used textures from JK2 and also borrowed the ingame music. // Kenny

This isn't really anything special, my friend asked me to replace the pre-placed stormtroopers in JK2 with the random gangsters seen in Nar Shaddaa and Bespin without actually replacing the stormtrooper NPC. NPC_Stormtrooper will now randomly choose between the Weequays, Rodians, Trandoshans, Grans, etc. Also, I gave the granboxer the DEMP2 since the regular grans double as boxers. The Imperial Officers and Stormtrooper Officers are unaltered. Enjoy! Or don't! Before you get this, back up your jk2sp.exe and jk2gamex86.dll! I cannot stress this enough. THIS REQUIRES JK2 PATCH 1.04. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT THE GAME WILL CRASH
