  1. Version 1.0

This was my first custom HUD. The red is supposed to symbolise protection and the yellow eyes are supposed to represent courage. You're free to make your own interpretations of the colours.
  2. Version 0.5

TITLE: Bounty Hunter Scanner AUTHOR: Botdra Lar'les +++++++++++++ Description: +++++++++++++ This is a recreation of Jango Fett's scanner from the game Star Wars: Bounty Hunter. Just a simple HUD mod that keeps the base Jedi Academy tickers and stat locations, just adding the overlay of Jango's scanner to it. The reticle is centered for most weapons, however JA's crosshair actually moves depending on the weapon you have, so I've left in the faded white JA crosshair so you can compensate for that. NOTE: THIS IS BEST USED IN FIRST-PERSON MODE WITH GUNS AS IT MORE ACCURATELY TRACKS THE CROSSHAIR THAN IN 3RD PERSON MODE In future versions I will be adding: - Fix for the moving crosshair in first-person - Removing the overlay when not in first-person mode (for the sake of realism) - Functional version that shows bounty information when aiming at an enemy - Scripting the bounty information to show the name of the player you are looking at - If possible, adding a "No Bounty Posted" message when looking at a friendly and/or neutral NPC - Making the overlay it's own entity so it becomes compatible with other HUD mods and the "JA basic HUD" (which just displays numbers) - Add ability to turn the entire scanner on/off with a single button +++++++++++++ Credits: +++++++++++++ Myself +++++++++++++ Installation: +++++++++++++ Open the .zip file and extract the files to your Jedi Academy base folder. +++++++++++++ Other: +++++++++++++ If you wish to contact me for using this mod elsewhere, reporting bugs, etc. you can do so at: botdra@gmail.com Enjoy! After installing this mod, your console will resemble a peaceful snowfall. To install this mod, place the enclosed .pk3 in the Base folder of your JA directory. Enjoy the festive season! ¬ MagSul This file contains a modification of the gfx.shader. Therefore, may be incompatible with other mods which have also tinkered with the same file.

This mod removes all of the chat lines from bots. No more annoying and cheesy lines when you kill bots or when they get kills. I found it extremely annoying when playing with people and bots and it was extra work to differentiate between real people and bots. This removes that annoyance. This will not work with any custom bots that you have in your base folder. This only works with the default bots that come with the game. I know it's an extremely simple mod but it hadn't been done for JA yet and I've had this made for a long time for myself. I decided to share it.
  5. Version 1.01

This is the HUD from JKII that has been fitted to work in JKA. It functions very closely to how it did in JK2 other than the weapon selection screen. (I may work on that later)
  6. Version (V1)

This gives you a couple of options to improve the base chat icon. I got the idea after seeing some recent chat icon mods. Place whichever pk3 you want into gamedata/base: AnimatedImprovedBaseIcon - Recommended: My modified version of the base chat Icon, where the speech bubble actually points at the character, with animated dots. AnimatedBaseIcon - The default JKA chat Icon, but with animated dots. ImprovedBaseIcon - My modified version of the base chat Icon, where the speech bubble actually points at the character. Credits: Animated shaders are based on a shader by Ruxith in SiLink's custom icon: http://jkhub.org/files/file/1493-silinks-chat-icon/ Get other base improvements here: http://jkhub.org/topic/696-mugs-list-of-mods-everyone-should-have/ Published Exlusively on JKHub - 20th March 2013 Feel free to modify/use as you please.
  7. Version 1

Loosely based off of the Episode 2 scope seen with Zam's rifle. I took it for a spin though and made my own design, since really a Zam scope can never be achieved without the targeting system also. I wanted to do something in the same style and with the key features of the scope but add some personal touches to it. The sides of the scope are dark but not completely opaque as in base.
  8. Version v1.1

Description: This pack contains a handful of files, all of which require placement in your Gamedata/Hydroball folder, not your Base folder. I started putting this together simply so that when I glanced at the main menu, I could tell if the mod was running or not. Whilst I was making the change, I decided to make a couple more. The effects of installing each of the files are listed below. Note: Only install one of the zConsole files, as they will conflict with one another. zAnimation.pk3 This mod ensures that your hands are placed by your sides when unarmed, rather than raised in front of you with clenched fists. zConsole.pk3 This alters the Base console to display my new Hydroball logo without affecting the transparency. zConsole_Transparent.pk3 This mod makes the console fully transparent, with the addition of a unique Hydroball logo I designed. zHud.pk3 Installing this pk3 removes unnecessary clutter surrounding the in game HUD. zMenu.pk3 This replaces where it reads "Multiplayer" with "Hydroball" just above the video on the main menu. zSplashScreen.pk3 This changes the loading screen for the Hydroball mod.

This HUD is designed to mimic the heads up display from the Mass Effect games - particularly Mass Effect 3. Some tweaks had to be made to make it fit Jedi Academy, so it's not 100% perfect. The blue section represents your shields. The red portion represents your health. The purple section represents your "biotics" (your Forcee pool, in other words). While ammunition in ME3 is on the left, I wasn't really able to get the HUD to work with me on that so it's on the right instead, although it uses the same style as it does in ME3. The left, since I didn't have anything good to put there, features an N7 plate which is purely aesthetic. Lastly the saber style indicator is below the force pool and is fairly easy to see. To avoid confusion I kept the same colors Jedi Academy uses now - blue for fast, yellow for medium, and red for strong. Although really, with this HUD why would you be using sabers? Shoot those geth! The geth, by the way, is coming soon. Also. The font in the screenshots? Totally included. I suggest the following additional Mass Effect mods to compliment your new HUD: https://jkhub.org/files/file/1296-%7B%3F%7D/ https://jkhub.org/files/file/1128-%7B%3F%7D/ https://jkhub.org/files/file/95-%7B%3F%7D/ https://jkhub.org/files/file/94-%7B%3F%7D/

This is a replacement graphic for the disruptor scope. It will change your sniper scope to look like that of a variety of sniper rifles from Mass Effect 2 and 3. It's not a seamless replica, but it's very close given what Jedi Academy has to work with. This mod will be included with any Mass Effect sniper rifles I release (that replace the disruptor, of course). If you download any of those mods go ahead and delete this PK3, as it'll be redundant.
