Outside entrance: Mountain Range and a bridge leading to the entrance hall of the building Main Building: Surrounded with high chrome pillars and 6 doors. 1st Left Door: Unnamed's Nameless Arena: Lava pit with duel arena, and flare lights 2nd Left Door: Grand Duel by: Alvinater : Huge curvey room with giant duel pad, can host about 4 duels 3rd Left door: ShroomDuck's HangOut: Psychadelic grass room with Shroom's that bounce you, tribute to him for his help Middle door: Teleport to Sloda's room, secret area in here, sit in the meditation chair for a cool effect 1st Right door (wood door): Worr Sonn's (me) dojo, and drop to the testing Do-Jang. The Do-Jang is my TKD school in real life... Testing Do-jang's textures are all original textures by me 2nd Right door: Highly retailed hallway to the council room, council room is unlocked from the outside, it has a teleporter elsewhere Secret Hangar: The Entrance is at Sloda's Temple, it's from Episode 2 from deleted scenes. There's a bit more not discussed here, have fun... All music by Linkin Park, mixed by Worr Sonn (me).

    Author: Onobi Foondu Submitted by: Barricade24 Well to start off this was going to be Mcc Village final.But then people starting telling me it looked like Italy.So i went from there.Added a bit more touches to make it look alittle more like italy.Like flags and such.Its a small town.The mood is a sunrise setting,With the sun just peaking over the horizon.Where people are just waking up to start the day.All there lights are still on from the night.Theres a resturaunt that is closed.Only for certain reasons(FPS).Theres a sniper tower,So watch dont get wacked.LOL.Theres a fountain with a new water shader and a new gfx file for the fountain water shooting out over the fountain.So check it out there's more to see.There would have been alot more done but i had to stop building to keep the fps from going down to much.Well have fun and enjoy.

On the lower level you will find two pools filled with water and a lot of plants. There's also a tree that you can stand on and jump down on your opponent.

Aside from the standard weapons there are traps that can be activated by players (perhaps a strategy in CTF games?) and force fields. Although it was based on the original Nar Shaddaa Loading Terminal map as much as possible, alterations had to be made due to the changes in game engine and features, but hopefully it will retain the enjoyment factor. -Suitable for most multiplayer game types (Holocron not supported, Duel matches can turn out to be more of hide and seek but that's how I began to love this map anyway). -Bots are supported

    This is a map that was originally submitted to JK3Files way back in 2009. You have stopped at a desert outpost on Tatooine. It's a place where travelers between cities might stop for a rest or some other types of legal or illegal activities. Explore around above and below ground. There are consoles located throughout the map which will spawn unfriendlies if you choose to activate them. Proceed with caution! Search around for weapons other than your light saber, you may need them. If you're running an older PC, I do caution you against spawning all of the NPCs at one time!

Please disable vertexlighting before playing my map. -> Installation: In order to install the map into your game you must: Extract the folder then put the AoS.pk3 file in your Jedi Academy "gamedata/base" folder. -> Information: I made a map for AoS a year ago, but I had some problems because of bad performance (newbie mistakes broke the map entirely, fps dropped to 20 in a lot of areas). That's why I decided to remake it and here it is, finally. So this is my first finished map, it is an academy I made for my last clan. However you are welcome to use it on your servers. It's highly inspired by Academy 1.2 map. This map contains a lot of rooms: -2 Duel rooms (one is bigger, for tournament purposes) -Medic -Council -Bar (with security system) -Npc room -Garden -Prison (with security system) -Bathrooms -Classroom (RIP sauna) -Admin rooms -Generic padawan rooms -Hidden valley of the jedi -Admin control room (you can now change the sky from there!) I included bot support, it's a very simple bot route (we all hate those kangaroo bots). It also contais a lot of secrets that should not be easy to find (room locks, some extra secret places...). It does include custom shaders and textures, models, botroutes and a few sounds. There are a lot of custom textures, if you see some textures on the map you might want to use, you DO have my permission to do so, as long as I recieve some sort of credit. -> Known bugs: The mirrors in my map (or cameras) might make a Hall of Mirror if you look at them from the sides but it should be fine if you look at them directly (also, players might not appear on these cameras, only their shadow). Trees in the garden may glitch, leaving only a few leaves depending on the angle you look at them. Depending on your cfg, the map might cast strange lights, such as purple lights in some corners or other places (with a default cfg I did not get strange lights. However, I did get some purple lights using my modified cfg). If you find any bug that is not listed there, do not hesitate to contact me. Constructive feedback is very welcome.

Date of Release : December 24th, 2015 *Attention : seta com_hunkMegs 128 or higher is required* ====================================================================== Description: The Temple of Mechanism Location : Yavin 4 Backstory: The Temple of Mechanism is an Ancient temple only recently discovered without much known about the previous inhabitants. They did leave a few clues behind and it seems the previous occupants were harnessing an unknown power which they called "The Force". Discovering the possibilities this new power gave them. Set in a time before there were "Jedi" or "Sith". Map History: Originally, The temple of Mechanism was intended to be a follow up map for an old map called "The Outhouse". I begain making the map when I was active in the community back in 2004 or 2005. I did some work on the map back in the day but never officially released it. I didn't play JK2 for a long time until I decided to get GTK radiant working again in 2013. Working on the map off and on since 2013 it's now ready to be released to the public. This map was built with fun being the main focus. Multi level paths are found throught the map with many secrets and places to explore. Specifically built for JK2 1.02. There is some functionality built into the design only 1.02 participants can utilize. This map is a compilation of sorts. I've gone through many of the maps I have made in the past and have cut, pasted and redesigned everything to complete this map. It did not make it any easier that way but everything has just fit so nicely together. Players who have seen any or many of my previous maps I have made for JK2 will recognize little and big details everywhere. It's really hard to say how much time I have spent making the map since some elements were made for other maps in a differnt timeline. ====================================================================== PK3 Details: Included are 2 maps. The Main map, mech^1temple.bsp has compatibality for Free for All, Team Free for All and Jedi Master gametypes. Mech^1golf.bsp is compatible with FFA, TFFA and Jedi Master. I was going to make a mod to include here with picture dimensions etc but I will give instructions instead. The main thing is to make sure a texture mod for the map, all the pictures u are replacing be the same size as the ones seen in the game. Then wrap them up in a pk3 and call it zmymechtemple mod or something. "Porting" the geometry or the map file for another game is encouraged however, I do not control the use of Lucas Arts files or some other elements made by others provided in this release to be used in another game besides Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy. All custom textures included with the map are free to use and modify (again make sure to include all the readme's if any textures are used). Any signs or textures I have made are free to use or modify.

    A bridge with lots of opportunities to jump, climb, and generally very three-dimensional gameplay. Fun to play with or without weapons. Watch out for the train coming through every now and then... Designed with mostly FFA in mind, but also works well as a duel map, and makes for interesting CTF gameplay as well.

    This is a Halloween-themed version of FFA4, the Rift Sanctuary map on Chandrila! It's got a completely different feel to it, with torchlight and fiery reds, oranges, and yellows everywhere! Decorations include strings of lights, bowls of Halloween goodies, posters for classic horror movies, and an office for your favourite witch! As you venture outside, lightning streaks from dark clouds high overhead, and a sliver of moon appears if you know just where to look! Are those wolves? Duck inside the cavernous crystal room... wait, what's that sound? Whirling winds and a pulsing, eerie glow from the depths... what are those bars there to keep in? Is that a coffin? No! Something's trying to get out! There are a few little secrets here and there, including a music room where you can change the background music to suit your mood. If you can find it, that is! High in the air there's a blood-curdling scream... *faints*

Thank you! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the revisited version of my old KotOR 2 duels map-pack. This V2 contains three more maps, several re-designed levels plus plenty of tweaks and fixes for multiplayer gameplay. Note that this is the standalone version so several Npcs and Easter Eggs may not work. These were designed in combination with the mod pack. But the core functionality of this pack will work well. Maps will be playable and bot friendly. Patch notes V2. Added break points to all of the maps. The environments are now destructible. Almost like in the Matrix. Not all the maps support this and some support it more than others, but in one way or another, you may see the floor breaking or a wall. Maybe a support, or probably something else. I hope you like this feature. Maps: Revisited each map of the mod in its single player and multiplayer versions. Then, I did a rebuilt process on all of them. Lightning looks a little bit better, but the build times did increase exponentially in some maps. Some more details in the following lines.Fixed an issue with an invisible wall on Dxun Mandalorian Outpost. Citadel Station Docks had been redesigned. Now, there are two more areas to enter and grab pickups. Fixed lightning issues on the Dantooine mission against Vrook. Changed texturing in all of the tomb maps from Korriban. Redesigned Sion Duel at Korriban to resemble more to the academy at KotOR 2. Fixed trigger issues on most maps. Added a fog layer to The Ravager map. Fixed song quality issues. Fixed the fog on the Kreia Vision map. Back then it was yellow-gray, now it is blue. Fixed several lightning issues on the ceiling from the Malak vision map. Fixed plenty of texturing areas on Citadel Station. Same with entities and removed breakables. Added doors and tweaked entities for all three modules. Revisited and did a small re-design to the Dxun Duel with the Sith Lords map. The background is not more reminiscent of its KotOR 2 area, and added red fog. Added breakables on almost all maps. This means that when you hit a place in the floor or a wall it will break. Works in both, Singleplayer and Multiplayer. Added a hollow tomb in the Dxun Duel with the Sith Lords map. Now, the player can pick up the Freedon Nadd lightsaber. If you have a single blade, it will automatically assign you the second saber. [*]Tested for bugs, found plenty, but fixed most by this release. (AKA invisible walls, objects, broken geometry, bad texturing, etc.) Maps should be working really nice, especially the ones from Multiplayer. I took extra care on these. If you find any bugs, please feel free to let me know to fix these in the future. [*]Darth Sion duel at Korriban has been re-designed. I decided that the map was not good enough, and I did a small re-design. I hope you like it. [*]Multiplayer maps had been deeply tweaked. In this situation, I added better entities for multiplayer gameplay. The one I like the most is Citadel Station. You will find plenty of medpacks, shields, weapons and more around maps. [*]I did some small secret easter eggs to some maps. The first one is on Peragus. If you are using the mod, plus the map-pack correctly. You will be able to see Atton in its cage. That area is now accessible. Next is on the Trayus Academy, at the duel with sion. There is a wall which you can break and which will give you plenty of items to survive the duel. Also, I added a door in this area which also includes a room with entities for the player. [*]Levelshots had been tweaked, both singleplayer and multiplayer. Also, revisited plenty of levelshots that had typo errors. I still have these, but at least they will not be like way back. They were pretty bad. Audio: Revisited all of the map audio files and changed them while in the editor. Now, the music sounds better. Every song has been re-exported to reach maximum quality that I can possible deliver. Some others could not be done because they had limitations within the script, and they had to be that way. Still, everything sounds better than before. That last Ebon Hawk battle music I left regarding its quality was a sin. I apologize about that. Bugs: NPC will be missing from several maps. This is due that the KotOR 2 mod files are not in the combination. But this does not affect gameplay in any way or another. Did not saw anything else so far, but if you see something feel free to let me know so I may fix it in a possible (can’t promise it) release. Thank you! Notes: 1.- This package replaces three sky textures. These are Coruscant for Telos Citadel Station Under Attack. Then, Boba_night for Citadel Station. Next, The Ravager sky for Byss and finally Malachor for Vjun. In any case and for convenience. In case you need to use the bot files or maps beyond or outside the modded folder. If you want to use the original skies again. Just remove the respective sky .pk3 from your base or modded folders. Again they go like this: MALACHORSKY.pk3 – Reeplaces Vjun sky. CITADELSKY.pk3 – Reeplaces Boba_Night sky. TELOSSKY.pk3 – Reeplaces Coruscant sky. RAVAGERSKY.pk3 – Reeplaces Byss sky. Remember, if you don’t want the KotOR 2 skies anymore, or any sky from the list. Just remove the .pk3 from your modded or base folders. 3.- The file “KotOR2DuelsMultiplayerMapPackV2-Standalone-ExtraAssets.pk3” contains a quick fix for the Prisoner NPC. Basically the NPC appeared texture-less (gray and white texture all over the model) when loaded. This was pointed to the Prisoner2 NPC inside the Prisoner NPC file, so I just changed the Prisoner2 model to load Prisoner default. If this file is making any of your mods conflict. Just remove it. Any other prisoner replacement will work fine. Thank you. 4.- I may release all the source files of the maps someday in the future. I am still debating if I should do it. This is pointed for the community to do whatever they want with the maps for their personal or public projects. I may think about it. Anyways, if you see in the future a pack with the .map files, I will do my best to release all the maps. For now, I am still in doubt if the pack will see the light, let’s see in the future. 5.- For the curious, this update took more than I expected. I worked on this for about an entire week counting in hours. So, about 336 hours or so. This pointed to the entire KotOR 2 mod v1.1 – Also, something to point out. These maps are not module ports. I designed the geometry of these maps from scratch in GTK Radiant 1.4 and 1.5. 6.- KotOR 2 Duels V1.1 is available online, ready to download and play. I hope you like the mod!     The Temple of Mechanism beta, Hopefully in time for May the 4th! I've got lots to do still but the map is on the road to a final release I hope soon. Many places need lighting or finished, mostly some details need to be made for the interiors, lighting work and so forth. The original outhouse map I made years ago had a mini put putt course for thermal grenades, and the Temple of Mechanism features a full 18 hole adventure golf course (it's a beta, the last few holes are in a bit of disarray.) I have tested the map both in JO and ja, some changes made for JA to work right but I did notice I missed a thing or 2. New stuff? Check Player made models by Szico - 2 trees Boothand - Torch Texture and sfx credits all supplied in the readme. Golf works great in both versions. FPS iz good. I've tested the map with 24 different bots in there with me and fps does drop a little bit then but it was still playable I've enjoyed working on this map. It's been pretty neat to see it transform over time and the WIP section has seen a few updates. If you guys like it please leave feedback on JKHub.org forums in the WIP section for the Temple of Mechanism. I like how the golf turned out. I really didn't plan on making the golf course like I did when I started lol. If you guys really like the golf course and want another one give me a holler. If a bunch of you guys like it I may make another golf course just for fun Anyway enjoy! And May the 4th be with you!

    Tatooine themed FFA map which was first designed for the fast-paced FF (fullforce) playing, but for now it is playable for everything. (except Siege or CTF of course lol) Also .map Source Files included inside of the .pk3/maps folder, so people may modify/copy, as long you give me credits. Known bugs: Nothing major, only 2-3 brushes are "half-invisible", doesn't affect for playing or hurt your eyes. It can be fixed easily with a new compile but too lazy to do it. Overall the map is fresh and clean with good FPS.
