Curious about the idea

Hello, I work a full time job, and I am looking for a program to install on my computer here at work that allows me to control RCON (Similar to Rcon SE) but also lets me see in-game chat? Friends, As a celebration of the resurrection of Azuma Zaibatsu, this Saturday (March 9th), we will be hosting a welcome back party. This event will consist of: 1. Merc War 2.
