Still assuming that ALL transgender people are something which they aren't... It's like me saying all black people are rapists.

"I can't even take them seriously... insanely immature." Maybe the ones you know personally. I know a few who vary hugely. One is incredibly outgoing, party like (we're still students tbf), the other two are a little shy and rather bright but don't appear to be out of the ordinary in any way.

What would your gf being a stripper have to do with anything? Some people may see that as being "wrong", but personally I think people should do whatever they want. it's like the stigman of "it's ok for guys to sleep with girls, but not vice versa". Personally I don't see that as slutty unless they're being unsafe about it (likewise for men).

I somewhat agree that transgender people have an issue: They're brain is telling them they're 'something' they aren't. However, I don't see it as something that needs to be shunned, as clearly they can operate fine in society when giving the opportunity and people are accepting. Some of the best people I know are transgender and don't conform to the typical male/female genders.

Your point on gender is rather offensive. People identify as being male/female, that much is understood. They genuinely feel like they're in the wrong body, it's psychologically wrong, they don't WANT it to be that way, they wish they were "normal" like the rest of us. They (vast majority) aren't desperate to seek attention, make life difficult for them, be harassed.

Islam (like Christianity) has sub groups: Shia, Sunni, Salafi, etc (like Catholics, Protestants, Mormons). It's the Salafi group (which is a movement within Sunni) that is ISIS, terrorism, and what we keep hearing about.

I retract my second sentence as I looked up examples of it taken "too far" and I see your point about it being dumb. I was thinking of wikipedia's example: "People who are mentally disabled are now rarely described as "mentally retarded"", as "retard" is now considered an insult like "nigger".

The point of PC is so you don't offend people. I don't see how people can take it "too far" unless they disagree with what is/isn't offensive.

Well you have your opinion, I have mine. I also feel very much done with this discussion. Ony, regardless if you think it's rigged (I don't) i think you should on the principle that it's a right you've been granted and should use. It's a privilege. Many people do not have the right to vote and fight (and get killed) for it.
