      If the Master Mandalorain you are saying is this, I think it supports SP. If not, you can make a npc file for yourself. It's easy task.

    i can't seem to get the "female Trandoshan" model for jedi acadamy to work

     

    The race does not appear on The Chargen menu and the codes you gave aren't working....

      However since you're interested in the model (which I didn't think anybody was), I could make an update to it with more choices and better quality.
