Would the Howler be destructible, and would it affect friendly forces? Also, certain headgear would probably be fairly effective against it. -

Server's been down for the past two days ever since I successfully voted for Warzone. Just a heads up - I thought it'd have come back up by now. On another note, it seems to start rubberbanding in any battle involving sufficiently advanced rapid-fire weapons and/or several players.
