One of them, but yeah.
I'm not sure if I can post this model, I'm not the original author.

The error doesn't refer to the fact that there are split meshes at UV seams - it is instead telling you to do that to export the model correctly. Basically run through all the edges of the UV islands in UV/Image Editor of the meshes affected by the problem, making sure to check Keep UV and edit mode mesh selection in sync, then, once the edges are selected, click on Mesh -> Edges -> Edge split. That should do the trick.
You can do it even faster (in Blender) by selecting one red edge (seam) in Default view -> Shift+G -> Seam -> Ctrl+E -> Edge split. No need to select all those edges manually!

No way, I love the add-on you did! One of the first things I tried to do when learning how to use blender was to create different goggles and hats, but yours look so great! If you decide to release some of thsi stuff for the public and as something that other modders can use, it'd be a great contribution to the community!

I create and edit stuff mostly for roleplaying purposes, but some of my work will be available for download.
Recently I'm into weapons...
(soon)...some minor addons...
(looks 10 times better in game)
...vehicles (not so recently)...
(M-Wing!)
...and frankensteining.
(beard came from Fallout: New Vegas)

Sorry for the dumb question but my knowledge is realy little at this point
Just the one in my first post. It contains the .pk3 and readme.txt with instructions.

So thats a no on this model then?
Unfortunately. But weapons and vehicles? Any time.

I am, but this would be a player model, which would require cutting to pieces (for dismemberment), creating caps (same reason) and rigging. And rigging is a b**ch. I did it once for a model from SW:KotOR (not even whole model) and it took me better part of two days to achieve some "meh" results.
Looks cool, tho:

Is it difficult to convert weapon models? If not, i could give you a few more saber and blaster models.
Took me like 5 minutes or so. Basically a matter of sizing, adding necessary tags and Ghoul2 properties.
-
There you go. Needs to be converted to .glm though:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/8mpi7a54199fxij/Kallig_Lightsaber.rar
So basicly now, the file has to be converted to glm. to work ?
And done!
Have fun!

Got it! I changed the position of everything connected to stupidtriangle_off and skeleton_root in relation to model_root. Thanks for everything, I wouldn't even think about doing it this way if it weren't for you guys.
What a happy family!

Are the original .XSI files available? Can you contact the original author and get them? Or better yet the original 3ds Max (Or Softimage) files?
It's not available. This model was a part of original Open Jedi Project mod and it was made by Chairwalker years ago. No contact info, unfortunately.
Kotor 1 and 2 Jedi Robes. Is it possible via kitbash?

I just read this huge discussion thread and the conclusion was that you can post ported models on the forum. So... I can provide a link after some changes (I'd replace the head with one from jedi_hm, maybe).
