we need a movie based on the empire, showing how brutal it is.

Now that sounds interesting! But i doubt they'd actually make a serious r-rated movie about the empire, mainly because they don't want people sympathizing with a (fictional) fascist government. At best, we could hope for a comedy, or maybe some lame story about some imperial defector(s), because the good guys must always win, and the bad guys must always lose >.>
