    I've loved your maps since your "Exploration" map all the way back in 2006. For me, nothing will beat the latest update on your Expedition map, although this does come certainly close. This is another top tier map for JK2

  1. This model looks like it has more polygons than every single base JK3 playermodel combined, exceptional work. Great translation of 2D artwork into 3D. It looks like you took at least some slight artistic liberties into your own hands with how to make this model actually be playable in the game, as I imagine trying to get his proportions right while also not looking incredibly jank must've been quite a challenge, but you did it well.

    I've saw a whole bunch of the Vader redesigns by Chenthooran Nambiarooran a while ago, but I was not aware of who made them, nor of how many he made. Thank you for letting me know the author behind them. The redesigns are hit or miss, but you simply cannot deny the eye for detail and the artistic flare all of his concepts have.     If possible, I would love if you could contact Chethooran and have them give their opinions on your model.

  2. A shame, I'm guessing this mod is dead. I didn't even want any of the new stuff future additions were going to provide. I just want someone to fix the bugged out force bar and loading screens. Please, if someone could just fix those, this mod would be pefect. Until that is fixed, I can't use this anymore.

    Honestly I wanted to make his cape little bit different so it has hood too and it points towards his Jedi origins. But yes I'm already in the process of porting for JKO.

    I understand, I'm just asking because it looks like the connections the cape makes to the armor look kinda odd, cool as the cape is. in the JKO Movie, the cape being wrapped around the neck makes a little more sense, at least in my opinion.

    Would it be possible to keep both the hood while having the cape wrap around the front?

     

     

     

    It looks surprisingly cool, a lot more fitting for Kyle than Desann in many ways, like this should have been what his dark side ending variant looked like in DFII.

    Yes! I've been hoping someone would do this ever since I saw him wearing the cape in the movie trailer. This mod looks awesome, I just have two questions:

     

    If you ever choose to do so, could you edit the cape so that it wraps around his lower neck like it did in the trailer or in this official movie pic?

    And second, since Desann is nowhere in JKA's story and is obviously only featured in JK2, do you think you could port this model over to JK2 as well?

    Corto, listen to me and listen to me very carefully. This is the best god damn blaster mod I've ever seen in JK2/JK3. You need to make more. This is easily on par with Ashura's or Roxoon's work. 

     

    You need to make more replacements.

    If I make the disruptor, I'll make the SWBF one. As for the flechette, I may dissapoint you. I don't know.

    Are you referring to the Pulse cannon or the Disruptor Rifle in Battlefront? The Pulse Cannon would be a great replacement. The Disruptor Rifle would be more fitting for the DEMP7 instead of the game's sniper rifle.

  3. Regular JK and OpenJK run almost exactly the same. If there is a difference, I can't really see it. There may be a slight improvement performance wise with OpenJK, but I'm not sure.

     

    This mod uses more of my CPU than previously. I don't believe there was a ram difference.

    Another bug I found relates with the missile launcher. The majority of the time, getting hit by a rocket makes me lose an expected amount of HP and shields. Sometimes though, getting hit with it in the mod makes me lose only 1 HP and 1 shield point. I think it has something to do with how far away I am from the enemy or what angle I'm facing them at. I tested this by giving the Assassin droid the missile launcher.
