All in all, port is pretty good. It is literally the PC version, menu and all, just missing some options. My biggest gripe is the FOV, it sucks. It's got 16:9 like the PC hack you can setup, which is great, but the FOV is still stuck at 75, so you can see so little of your model or character and it makes it annoying. Rolling is also assigned to the crouch button, I don't like that. Good overall tho, even has a cheat menu!

In trying to make the dark trooper phase 2 from the old dark forces mod build on jkhub onto the rocket trooper skeleton. Problem is that this skeleton is waaaaay to simplified and it barely resembles any other humanoid skeleton. I really dont know where too start

You made characters in blender before?

The idea is simple - You need to weight the character to the rockettrooper skeleton - bones to be more specific. Their names are different than basic _humanoid.gla

Check in the modview how bones are called by opening rockettrooper. You can PM if you need more help!

Dang, also should've specified it not being Alora. I'm using it for singleplayer, would be weird to hear unique character dialogue with every female sith

dialogue or model sounds? If you want non-dialogue sounds you could check the other languages for unique sounds, since they have different voice actors.

From what i remember - Older engines purposely put limitations and errors that drop you from game because some things that happen on screen were too much for even computer to handle. It had good but also bad sides like having amazing PC - playing with dynamic glow for example will cause mostly everytime to drop FPS.

It took the capabilities of engine itself rather the PC in some scenerios. Nowadays there is no such thing. Better computer means better graphics and smoother gameplay and more stuff on screen

That's true for the most part, but there are still PC ports that clearly were not optimized compared to their console counterparts. It all really depends on optimization more than anything else.

There are many ways to do this since alt+tab doesn't work in Q3 games. A quick google search brings up some options.

I think their appearance (uniform) is supposed not to look alien, since they are interracting with humans and should inspire a kind of positive (yet intimidating) image, kinda makes the aliens' rule more bearable if it's familiar-looking

Ya, it definitely seems similar to that. That actually makes me enjoy the antagonists of the new trilogy a little more. I do hope that Kylo gets a new saber more fitting now and for some more history regarding Snoke.

Valve HAD JA beat in moddability UNTIL the source code for JA was released. JA is much easier to mod. The drag and drop PK3 system is hard to beat as far as modularity of the game.

It's much more populated though, so it seems like a good investment.

As far as Sith designs in general yes. I did like Kyle's 3rd hilt (JK2) mostly because as far as function it seemed to be the best. It had grips and was long enough to be used with 2 hands. It seemed the most ergonomic.

At first I disliked it because of it's rather skeletal build compared to other sabers, but I think it compliments Kyle rather well. The reasons you mentioned are also good. Wish we got more context behind the history of that saber.

It would drastically minimize the significance of the OT events. Thus all that happened there wouldn't matter at all. So Snoke is most likely a very different person. I do believe, that he came to the Galaxy right after Episode VI and took over of what was left of the Empire, as this form of dictatorship served well his nature of a Force parasite.
