Merek Posted September 25, 2015 Share Posted September 25, 2015 An HTML5 Template should provide the core of what you want, that's how I designed/created the Skycast Gaming website (Most of what is created there was created using the actual template, but you get where I am going at) HTML5Up.net provides some good templates, perhaps they can give you the html skeleton/blueprints you want.
