But...those people can still vote in polls, download files, contribute to the Wiki, upload files, PM other members, and comment on files...why would we remove them? It's like going to a Library and asking all the people just browsing the shelves to leave, because they'll "never" check anything out. Onysfx likes this Link to comment

But that was remedied, so most of those accounts should now be gone I imagine. Link to comment
