Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good clan maps or ffa maps that could serve as a nice place for roleplay? It would be ideal to have at least two temples to fit both the Jedi and Sith. A city area and anything else would be great as well. If you know of any maps that are even close to this, please post them here and let me know. Thanks a lot!

http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Jedi_Council_GCX_2010;120156 Based off of griffinclaws original Jedi Council GCX, this is a improvement/remake of it.

http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Taspir_Power_Complex_V3;91395 I am not the greatest fan of this map, however many people love it, so I'll add it to the list regardless.

http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/SJC_Mos_Kreetle;96662 A JKG preview map, complete with interior of millennium falcon and Ebon Hawk.

http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/D_SKULL_airship_;116571 An absolutely insane laggy map, with a giant starship having multiple decks, a planet, and some creepy music. Wouldn't recommend it as the map can lag your computer if your on the lower end, however, it is an extremely large map. It even has a holodeck! XD

http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Atlantica;92212 A giant map, one of the biggest I've seen. I can't even join servers with this map because of the sheer size. But it's one of the largest RP maps I have ever seen, and extremely unique. Would definitely recommend it.

http://www.sg-elite.de/index.php?downloads It's a German site, but they have some great Star Trek RP maps :). Would recommend them if your a star trek fan, or just want a ship to RP on.

http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Jedi_Rift_Enclave;92683 An amazing map built based on t3_rift. I love this map, it is extremely well done, would recommend it, even though it could be expanded on, it has everything you need for an RP.

http://rpmod.jediholo.net/gameasset There is a list of maps here. Second on the list is a2_beta4. Download that one. It is an extremely well done jedi temple map, complete with training rooms, bar, tournament arena, outside meadow, council chamber, library, etc...one of my favourites.

http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Twilight_Manor;60858 An...interesting map...I can't quite explain it. It's a mansion with tons of pictures that lead to different areas, battle fields, etc. Think of it almost like Super Mario 64, but with with the RP elements you need.

http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Mos_Espa_Outskirts_v2_FIXED;54016 Probably the biggest tatooine map you will find. Excellent map to RP on, or have npc battles or something...maybe this map should be in MBII...XD

http://www.dgs-clan.eu/content/jka-maps.htm Look at this huge list of maps. It even has maps that you can't find anywhere else, maps that were only uploaded on pcgamemods.

 

I'll recommend a few to you: 

 

Asteroid77 - A racetrack on an asteroid with other RP elements. Kinda like asteroid H5, but made before it and much different

FFA Sarlacc - Could only find the JKA version of this map on this site. Basically the Sarlacc from Star Wars Episode 6

Battle of Hoth Final - An accurate representation of the Hoth battle from episode 5.

Hogwarts Courtyard - A duel map, probably will be useless, but probably the best Harry Potter map I've seen so far, regardless of its simplicity.

 

Well, that's all the maps I'm going to list for now. I could have listed more, but I just wanted to show you my favourite maps that I have downloaded in the past, and I hope you enjoy them, as well as anyone else who sees this post XD.

Why aren't all these maps on this site? Better contact the authors immediately, staff!

 

Although there has been nothing inhibiting me from uploading The Quad to this site, I have been holding back because I've have been working higher quality texture pack for it  for a few months, and I need to re-write the read-me file to go with it. I don't expect to sit on it for the rest of the year though, you might see it in a few months.

Sorry for the caps, I admire epic mappers.

 

I did suggest a few things to add to your map on jk3files, most notably an exterior to the main building, with possibly a small town/city.

Oh, and in one of your pictures on the wall, could you possibly add a star trek voyager picture?

 

I can't wait until you upload the new version! You have my download!

I keep meaning to officially release it here for you guys but I've not gotten to it yet. I'm working on a new Enclave right now but I'll try get you an official release link ready soon.

Wow, the famous Sehkola! It's an honor to meet you too! That's two of my favorite mappers I have met in one topic XD! Sehkola, I'm serious, that enclave map you made is friggen awesome. I'm not much of an rper, mainly because...well bad experiences in the past, being left out, etc, but that doesn't mean I don't absolutely love rp maps.

 

I also really liked your Jedi transport map, simple, but very nice....well almost, there were a few things I didn't like about it. Mainly the fact that the medical room felt...well not comfortable, it felt more like a jail cell in there, isn't this a jedi transport, not a sith transport? XD. Possibly you could combine the jedi transport with the Alzoc3_enclave? Kinda like the way taspirpowercomplexv3 does it? Or would the file be too big?

 

Anyway, looking forward to your new map, you got my downloa- wait I have another suggestion.

 

With your...alzoc3_enclave map, I notice in the area you spawn, well...you wouldn't mind adding an outside area would you? A small outside area with possibly just a landing zone or something, and then add a flat snow layer as far as the eye can see...darn, how can I explain this better? Ah yes, look at this map:

SJC does it by making the desert extend to a great distance, so it looks realistic.

Heh the Jedi Transport is pretty crappy. It was my first map. It's 6-7 years old, perhaps more. As for Alzoc, It wont be added to as I no long have the .map file. I will remake it a little reduced in size at some point in the future but once I'm done with my new Enclave map.

 

But this is the wrong thread for that. I may consider making a development thread for that.. hmm
