Jedi outcast doesn't work for me

I've been wanting to play Jedi outcast again for a long time but it doesn't work on my pc but Jedi academy does, I have windows 10 pro with intel pentium cpu g4000 3.30ghz 3.31ghz ram 4.00 processor, I don't know if I need to install a program to make it work or simply my pc is not compatible with Jedi outcast

Do you have the disc version or the Steam version of the game?

Can you be more specific on what doesn't work? Do you get errors?

no estoy seguro pero creo que es el disco porque lo descargué de internet y no de steam.

cuando instalo el juego y termino de crackearlo para jugar  abro el programa y se cierra

So, if I understand correctly, you've pirated the game and used a crack? No wonder this game doesn't work. Seriously, don't pirate games, because it brings you no benefits whatsoever. Get the Steam version instead. And while you're at it, get the Steam version of Jedi Academy as well if you don't have it already. These games are so inexpensive these days that you don't have to worry about your bank account. Plus, you are paying for a game that is fully functional. If you have enough money to buy various stuff, then you have enough money to legally buy a game.

I bought the steam version and the same thing keeps happening to me, as soon as I try to open the game it closes

Download this file and put it in the GameData folder: 

Once you've done it, start the game and see if it works.
