"You cannot upload a new file"

  Hello.  I just made my account a minute ago so I could post mods that I create.  The mod I want to post makes jagged edges more subtle, it makes the textures look better with filtering, widescreen support, and other graphical improvements.  The problem is that when I go to the Jedi Academy Files page, In the top right above the mods that other people made, there is a box that says "You cannot upload a new file".  Any help would be appreciated!

I think you need to post more messages on the forum. I know there's a ten(?) message limit to making a mod request, so maybe there's one to actually upload files. You should also try asking one of the admins about it, usually one of them's around.

I am not aware of such a requirement, but I may have simply forgotten about it ^^U
