Now you're getting there! As with your Qui-Gon, there appears to be a bit of an exposed seam at the neck, and the tunic still needs a little work, but the rest is definitely an improvement! In your defense, the face isn't too far off from many of the face McGregor himself made throughout the movie, so I certainly have no issue with it.

Hey! It may not be the best skin you've produced but it has heart. I can see what you're going for, and the face textures ARE very realistic. With some little improvements, and a kitbash or two, you could turn this into something great. Good job, keep it up.
