A small mod to change saber stances and other animations.
In version 2 I've changed the kick animation a little, so it isn't so fast
and has fewer frames. IMO it looks a lot better this way.
I've also changed the force jump back sommersault bit. (Hld jump then tap backwards)
You probably won't see this happen that often.
There is also an "off the wall" animation changed (can't remember if was in 1st version,
and if it was then it only worked when kicking off to the left) If you start a wall run then
press jump+opposite direction of wall straight away you should see this animation,
its a kinda Horisontal spin thing, but it doesn't actually replace the "Kick off" so it don't
look silly when you side kick off a player or a wall for that matter.
Nothing too great but a change from the normal I think.
Also included is the qvm file from the jedimoves20.pk3
made by Master D-Ley Amas. Below is his readme:
"Description : *All saber styles are now infinitely chainable (in multiplayer
only), giving medium style back it's advantage and giving strong
style an added edge.
*The dual-bladed saber can now be activated without using cheats
in multiplayer, just type "thedestroyer" into the console at any
time, or bind it to a key - ex. "bind z thedestroyer", Z being
the key you want to use to activate the dual blade.
*Dismemberment is now enabled in multiplayer (with the v1.04 code)
to enable, type:
g_dismember 100
cg_dismember 100
into the console (must be enabled on server to work)
(this only needs to be set once)
*The moves that have been altered-
-roll forward, left, or right: cartwheel
-roll backward: butterfly
-jump: force jump style instead of pansy normal one
-fast saber style: replaced with one-handed (Tavion) style
-strong saber style: replaced with one-handed (Desann) style
-backstab: all saber styles now do backstab instead of swing back
-walk: now walks with saber raised, for effect while dueling
-getup: instead of struggling off of the ground, you "force" getup
I hope everyone likes this new version, as it was quite
a feat on my behalf. I have never looked at (or compiled,
for that matter) game source code before I made this mod.
For anyone who's wondering, the regular, two-handed saber
styles are in the same slots as the one-handeds used to be, so
Tavion and Desann now fight two-handed.
The reason why saber styles are only infinitely chainable in
multiplayer is because Raven has only released the source code
for multiplayer, not single player. Until this happens, saber
styles will only be infinitely chainable in multiplayer.

WBA Weapons Test Mod

This is a test for getting some of the cool weapons collected in the Dragon Remix mods to work in Jedi Academy. This will replace most guns, sabers and effects.
- Most of the standard sabers and guns have been replaced. Most text has been changed to reflect this.
- The Blaster Pistol, Rifle and Demp have increades fire rates as well as a boost in ammo.
- Sparks and smoke replaced by blood. Stumps are dark red rather than yellow.
- Every one of the weapons leaves a butn mark.
- Force Lightning replaced with a Fire effect.

Modified Saber Lengths

This mod's purpose is to make the saber lengths for staffs in JKA more realistic. Anyone who has done saber modding should know that the default length for a staff blade is 32, while single sabers get a whopping 40.
This mod will simply make all base staffs have a saber length of 40 as well. That's really all it does. Simple, but it does what's advertised.

Stance and Animation Modification

As the name would suggest, this is a small mod that changes the saber stances and a few tweaks to the ingame animations;
Blue, Yellow and Red Stance has been changed, each has its own animation when switching stances. All walk forward animations for all saber types has been changed also. The Duel and Staff saber walk always looked terrible to me and needed a change.
Quite a few other minor animation have also been adjusted;
When you drop off a ledge, you no longer assume the crouch position. Some/most Taunt animations have been modified.
My personal favourite modification is the block blaster animations.
Now when someone shoots at you, you perform a neat swing of saber in front of yourself. I was looking for something that reflects Anakin's 'arrogance' in combat here, I feel this has done it to the best of the available animations available in game, without actually creating any new ones. (I don't know how to create new animaions)

Stances

A mod to change saber stances and a few other animations.
Many animations/stances have been changed for this version of my mod. All - if not most saber stances have been changed.
List of changes (off the top of my head):
The jetpack movement animations have been changed, now look a whole lot more like the player is actually effecting the movement whilst in air!
The posture has been changed when you step off an edge, no longer goes into the 'tucked up' position, looks more like someone would look getting ready to land!
The taunt animations for Duel & Staff sabers have been changed.
The walk for single saber has changed also.
All previous animation changes from earlier mod have been kept.

SD - Fragmentation Detonator
Remember my rather...buggy Super Detonator mod? All THREE versions had XYZ "Missing Model" markers--or, as they were rather humorously named by all the wonderful commenters, "confetti."
This is nothing like that. This new mod, called the Fragmentation Detonator, is the evolution of Super Detonator. It basically behaves almost exactly as a real fragmentation grenade would...except that, in real life, you probably couldn't see the tiny fragments, of which there would be millions, each travelling at supersonic speeds. Some features of Frag' Det's were not able to be incorporated into this mod simply because of the game's limitations (obviously, the Quake 3 engine could not even come close to showing a million tiny specks all at once), but I, along with GW_Mandalore, have found it to be quite realistic.
Bugs: None so far. This mod SHOULD work on both JK2 and JKA. If it doesn't, contact me immediately.

Super Detonator (1.3)
KABOOM! I just love to tinker with the Thermal Detonator, and here is the product of some tinkering. The explosion is MASSIVE, but unfortunately I was unable to widen any splash damage . Sorry about that. Check my screenies to get a prievew of the explosion.I have also included MeusH's great Blue Thermal Detonator mod for a cool shockwave effect and a great skin.
Bugs: None so far, contact me if you find any or have any new ideas.

Bumpmapping (1.0)
A new take of my own design on Quake3 Arena Engine's relatively untapped Specular Lighting function has allowed me to create a bumpmapping effect for most of the weapons and a few characters. I believe the effect achieved is quite true to real bumpmapping--I hope you find that it enhances the game's graphics.
Bugs:
1. The rodian's head, though meant to be shiny and glistening, is rather dull. I hope to fix this in later versions.
2. You may experience some flickering with the specular lighting when entering/leaving unlit areas in maps. This is mostly because of the way the Q3 engine uses specular lighting.

Telekinesis

This Mod replaces force choke with telekinesis (Moving people around with your mind), makes people react in a cooler way when you force push them and replaces close range drain with choke.
BUGS: When you use lvl 1 grip on someone, they flail their arms around wildly but stay standing still on the ground and occasionly the painlessness doesn't work, if this happens just bring down the console and type in "playermodel player".

Futuristic Saber Sounds

Well, here you go. Another saber sound changer, and better than the previous version.
People have pointed out about the fact that there was no bass in the humming sounds and there was in the ignition ones. I've fixed that. Okay, I have pinched two or three of other people's sounds, and I thank them. (When you hit the wall in gameplay, it makes a ping noise. If you find it irrotating after a while, take it out of the file). Remember to take out any other saber sound replacing mods out of the base folder, it may confuse. You may do anything with the mod.
